Online Skin Consultations for Western Sydney

Western Sydney is home to busy families, professionals, students and people from many different cultural backgrounds. Finding time to travel across Sydney for an appointment can be difficult.

An online skin consultation allows you to speak with Di from your own home or another private location that suits you.

Your consultation can include discussion of your skin concerns, previous diagnoses and treatments, nutrition and dietary patterns, digestive and gut health, stress, sleep, hormonal and lifestyle factors, medications and supplements, environmental influences and your individual health goals.

Where appropriate, clear photographs of your skin can also provide useful information about your current symptoms and changes over time.

The aim is to understand your individual circumstances and the factors that may be relevant to your skin health, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Why Choose an Online Skin Consultation?

Avoid the Sydney commute

No travelling across Sydney, searching for parking or rearranging your day around a clinic appointment. Your consultation can take place from home or another private location.

Convenient & private

Online consultations provide a convenient way to discuss your skin concerns from a familiar environment, without needing to travel to the Central Coast.

Ongoing continuity

Your initial consultation includes a complimentary follow-up check-in a few days later. Review consultations can then be arranged when needed.

A Whole-Person Approach to Skin Health

Your skin is influenced by more than what is happening on the surface.

During your consultation, we consider the broader factors that may be relevant to your individual skin health and overall wellbeing.

Nutrition

Nutrition can play an important role in skin health. We can look at your overall dietary patterns, food choices, nutrient intake and individual factors that may be relevant to your symptoms.

Gut and digestive health

Gut and digestive health can be relevant when considering chronic skin concerns. We may discuss digestive symptoms, bowel habits, food sensitivities and other gut-related factors as part of your overall health history.

Stress and nervous system

Stress and nervous system factors may influence how the body responds to ongoing skin concerns. We can discuss these factors as part of your individual health history and overall wellbeing.

Sleep

Sleep is an important part of overall health and can be relevant to ongoing skin concerns. We can discuss sleep quality, sleep patterns and whether itching or discomfort is affecting your rest.

Hormonal factors

Hormonal changes can be relevant to skin health for some people. Where appropriate, we can discuss hormonal history and changes in skin symptoms that may coincide with hormonal fluctuations.

Lifestyle and environment

Lifestyle and environmental factors can also be relevant to skin health. We may discuss daily routines, physical activity, skincare products and other factors relevant to your individual concerns.
